Marc began practicing yoga in 2015. He credits yoga with helping him grieve his father’s death and helping him balance his personal and professional lives. In 2017, Marc completed Annie Carpenter’s 200hr SmartFLOW yoga teacher training. As a bigger-bodied, male, yoga practitioner, Marc understands that starting a new yoga practice can be intimidating. Marc teaches yoga classes at Downtown Yoga in Hammond, Louisiana. You can follow his yoga adventures on Instagram @marcthefatyogi
