Thursday Restorative Practice
October 15 @ 6:30 pm - 7:45 pm CDT
This Restorative practice will incorporate meditation, breathwork (pranayama), and physical postures (asana). Postures will largely be practiced while seated or laying down. During this class, you may be asked to get up and down from the floor. Restorative yoga focuses on rest and relaxation. In terms of props, for restorative practice, it may be helpful to have two blocks, a blanket or large towel, a bolster or large pillows, and maybe a strap. You will receive an e-mail with Zoom information after your order is processed. Additionally, the Zoom link will be available on this page 15 minutes before the start of class.
All sales are final. Passes may be rolled over to another class session if you are unable to participate. All passes must be used within the month of purchase.
